What is the Meeting Book?

Struggling to keep track of meeting documents? 

We’ve all been there – digging through inboxes, shared drives, or different systems to find the files you need for an important meeting. This can be time-consuming and frustrating, especially when preparing for critical discussions. 

Teams who conduct their meetings with Fides solve this problem by uploading all meeting document to their Fides account. The Meeting Book creates a consolidated document from all meeting documents. This way you do not have to jump back and forth between the different documents and can focus on your preparations. 

Good to know: the Meeting Book is created individually for each user with the document permissions in mind. E.g. a meeting guest who is only invited to one particular agenda item, will only see the meeting documents for this agenda item in their Meeting Book.
