How do I lock a meeting?

Once your session is complete - meaning you’ve created the session, sent out invitations, and finalized the meeting minutes - you can lock the session in Fides. Locking ensures that no further edits can be made, providing a secure and final record of the session.

How to Lock a Session:

  1. Open the completed session and click "Lock Meeting."
  2. Enter the challenge phrase displayed in light grey by typing it into the provided field.
  3. Click "Lock Session" to finalize the process.
