What documents do I need for the onboarding process?

During the General Onboarding you will need to enter some information that derive from certain documents, such as the documents listed below:

  • Articles of Association
  • Current excerpt from commercial register
  • Shareholder list
  • Shareholder Agreement/Partnership agreement
  • Rules of Procedure for a committee
  • Employment Contracts with authorized representatives

Please also upload all documents of relevance to make Fides your efficient "single source of truth".
