How do I create a new share class?

Share classes are used to distinguish between different groups of shareholders. (learn more about share classes here).


To create a new share class:

  1. Go to Cap Table.
  2. Click the โ‹ฎ (three-dot) menu.
  3. Select Add share class.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Specify whether any voting rights should be associated with the share class.
