  • 💄The Entity Data has been given a makeover: The Entity Data now looks different and is divided into tabs for a better overview. In addition, a display name can now be assigned for the title of the representative.
  • ✅To Do's in the Dashboard: In the dashboard of the individual company, not only the open tasks but all open To Do's of the respective user are now displayed.
  • 📑Duplicate templates: Templates of, for example, resolutions, meeting minutes, etc. can now be copied either to another company in the key account or to the same company.
  • 💤Company status: Companies can now be assigned a status such as active, inactive, in liquidation, merged, sold, etc. This status is displayed visually at various points in Fides, including in the structure chart. It is also possible to filter for active and inactive companies in the structure chart.
  • 🌏New languages in bilingual documents: Over 70 languages are now possible as second languages for bilingual documents.

🗳️Updates Resolutions:

  • 📧Notification of deadline extension: An optional notification can be sent if the deadline for resolutions is extended. In addition, the resolution initiator receives a notification 24 hours before the deadline expires to extend the deadline if necessary.
  • 🏃‍♀️Skip draft status: The draft status can be skipped when creating a resolution.

📆Updates Meetings:

  • The invitation step for meetings can be skipped if the meeting is in the past.
  1. 🤩Outlook:
  • 👥Vollmachten-Management: Bald können Vollmachten mit allen Details (Frist, Umfang der Vollmacht, Bevollmächtigte, Art der Vertretung etc.) in Fides hinterlegt und verwaltet werden. Dank verschiedener Such- und Filtermöglichkeiten können dann in wenigen Klicks z.B. zeichnungsberechtigte Personen oder befristete Vollmachten gefunden werden.
  • 🪄AI in the Document Builder: Our AI is now also integrated in the Document Builder. You can write prompts and use the output directly for your resolution or the document you are currently creating. This saves you a lot of time when creating your documents via Fides.
