How do I delete a shareholder?

To delete a shareholder:

  1. Go to Entity Management > Cap Table.
  2. Click the โ‹ฎ (three-dot) menu next to the shareholder you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete shareholder.

 

 

Now enter the word "DELETE" into the field and click on Delete.

 

Note: Deleting a shareholder does not remove their access to past resolutions and meetings in which they participated.
