Setting up a single sign-on connection (SSO)

To ensure a smooth single sign-on (SSO) connection with an external authentication provider (e.g. Okta, Microsoft Azure AD) and connection protocols such as SAML or OpenID Connect, we first ask customers about their setup:

  • Which authentication provider, which connection protocol is used?
  • What is the internal email domain that is to be used for the SSO connection?

Based on the respective set-up, we then ask for further information which we use to create a customer-specific access. We then make this access available to the customer and test the functionality of the SSO connection in consultation with the customer's IT department.
