Can I have people informed about their new access rights?

As soon as you have changed the access rights for a person, you can inform the person about the new access rights. To do this, simply check the "Notify people that the document was shared with them" box.

 

As soon as you click on "Share", the person will receive a notification email with information about their new access rights.
