π The new feature Documents combines the most relevant aspects around creating and managing documents.
It allows you to
- create templates for certain frequently used documents (like PoAs, NDAs etc.);
- use intelligent placeholders and instances that automatically populate relevant details when creating a document out of a template;
- add tasks related to a specific document & stay informed on their status;
- sign any pdf and track all pending signatures.
- Create templates e.g. for PoAs or NDAs
- Use Placeholders: Use placeholders to add certain information without the need to edit the template. Placeholders increase efficiency as all relevant data is filled in automatically, enabling you to focus on more important tasks.
- Include Instances: By using instances you can fill in details on companies and individuals known to your Fides Key Account automatically when creating a document out of a template. For more information, see our FAQ.
- Create documents: Using your templates, you can create individualized documents by just filling in the Placeholders.
- Manage your document's tasks and ****keep track of their status.
- Sign documents: Finalize a document workflow by sending it out for signing to any signatory or multiple signatories.
- Track signatures: Keep track of all signing processes directly within Fides.
