How do I implement the Commercial Register extract (Handelsregister) into Fides?

Note: This feature is currently available only for companies registered in Germany.

The Commercial Register extract (Handelsregisterauszug) for your company can be downloaded and imported directly into Fides.

To do so:

  1. Go to Entity Management > Entity Data.
  2. Open the Information tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Commercial Register extracts.
  4. Enter the required registration details.

Please ensure that:

  • The registration number is entered in full (it consists of the abbreviation HR, the department, and a sequence of digits, e.g. HRB 223344).
  • The name of the competent register court is written out in full (e.g. Amtsgericht München instead of AG München).

Once you have saved this information, the latest Commercial Register extract will be uploaded directly to Fides.
