How do I implement the Commercial Register extract (Handelsregister) into Fides?

The Commercial Register extract (Handelsregisterauszug) for your company can be downloaded and implemented directly via Fides. To do this, go to Entity Management and then Entity Data. Under the tab for information, you can load the latest commercial register extract by clicking on the pencil symbol next to the heading "Commercial register extracts".

Keep in mind:

  • The registration number must be indicated in full (it consists of the abbreviation "HR", the department and a sequence of digits, e.g. HRB 223344),
  • The name of the competent register court must be written out in full (e.g. "Amtsgericht München" instead of "AG München").

After you have saved this information, the chronological commercial register extract will be uploaded directly to Fides. Please note that this function is currently only available for German companies registered in the German Commercial Register.
