How do I add a subsidiary or investment?

There are two ways to add a company in Fides:

  1. Through the Cap Table: If the company is a shareholder, adding it through the Cap Table is the recommended approach. For detailed instructions, see How do I add a shareholder to the Cap Table?
  2. Through the Entities section: Go to Entities in the side menu and click + Add Company in the top-right corner to create a new company or investment.
