Can I check the status of sent emails?

Yes. You can view the status of email notifications sent to participants.

To check the status of a sent email:

  1. Navigate to Resolutions and select the relevant resolution.
  2. Open the Participants tab.
  3. Select the participant whose email history you want to view.
  4. Open the Email Notification History.

From there, you can view the delivery status of each email. To preview an email, simply click it in the Email Notification History.
