🎉 New feature

  • 🔔 Smart Alert: Stay updated with Fides’ new Smart Alert feature, which notifies you of any changes in a company’s data within relevant registers. Easily transfer key data updates like addresses or court registrations directly into Fides with a single click. This feature is in beta and available in 18 countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain! Interested in participating in the beta phase? Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
  • 📧 Invite Guests to Specific Agenda Items in Meetings: Often, people need to be invited to meetings only for specific agenda items. Therefore, it’s now possible to assign individuals to specific agenda items and provide them with only the necessary documents.
  • 📂 More Folders for Meetings: To keep Fides as a neatly organized single source of truth, a new folder in the data room is now automatically created for each meeting or resolution.
  • 🕸️ Improvements to the Structure Chart: Navigating the structure chart is now more intuitive. Easily filter and quickly access the jurisdictions that are most relevant to you with just a few clicks.
  • Document Builder: Following up on our last update, we are enhancing the Document Builder to increase its usability. You can now use popular keyboard shortcuts—cmd+s to save, cmd+c to copy, and cmd+v to paste. These enhancements are currently available for resolutions and general documents.

  • Timetravel for Committees: Curious about the composition of a committee two years ago or when a member was dismissed? The upcoming "Timetravel" feature will allow you to explore the history of any committee.
  • SSO for Fides Boards: We are implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) to simplify access to the Fides Boards app for board members, enhancing both security and usability.
