🎉 Fides Boards App

We have some great news: The Fides Boards App is here🎉

It’s our brand new iPad App that can already be found in the iPad App Store and is ready for you to explore. Fides Boards is (for now) specifically tailored for  board meetings. Here's what you can do with the app:

  • Secure Login: Utilize your usual login data for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Meeting Management: View both past and future meetings in a calendar or list format.
  • Meeting Details: View meeting details at a glance including title, description, location, participants, and a full agenda with associated documents.
  • RSVP in the app: Let others know if you will be attending the upcoming meeting.
  • Meeting Book: Prepare for a meeting without switching between multiple documents. The meeting book creates one document out of all meeting documents ordered by the relevant agenda items.
  • Document Preview: Easily preview any document type included in the meetings.
  • Personal Annotations: Add your personal comments on documents, which are saved within the Meeting Book for later reference.

🤩 Outlook

  • Offline functionality: Sonn the app will be available offline. This way board members can prepare for a meeting no matter where they are. 
  • Collaborative annotations: Notes and comments can be shared with others in order to prepare for the meeting efficiently.
