Can I integrate documents directly into the invitation?

Step 1: 

Create an invitation for the meeting. 

Step 2:

Write the invitation. If you choose a template for the invitation, it will already be displayed. Otherwise, you can write it directly here. Either way, you have the option to edit your invitation text.

Step 3: 

Attach a file.

 

Step 4:

To attach a file, simply select the file you wish to include. You have two options: you can either search for a document that is already stored in your account by using the convenient dropdown menu, or you can add a new document directly from your computer.

 

 

 The attached file will be included in the email that all attendees will receive along with the invitation.
