How Do I Add a Pre-Approvee?
You can manage pre-approvee directly within your committee settings. Here's how:
1. Navigate to "Committees".
2. Click on committee for which you want to configure the settings.
3. Then, click on the "Members" tab. Please note that pre-approvers can only be assigned to legal entities.
4. Click on the shareholder whose pre-approvee settings you want to update.
5. Click on the "Add Approvee" button.
6. Fill in the approvee's email address, first name, and last name.
7. Once you've entered all the required details, click "Save." You can update or modify your selections at any time. The benefit of setting up pre-approvees is that once the configurations are complete for each shareholder, you won’t need to manually send out decisions—it effectively creates a pre-defined "mailing list" for seamless communication.
