Can companies be assigned a certain status?

The companies can be assigned a status such as active, inactive, in liquidation, merged, sold, etc.

 1. To set the status, go to Entity Management and then to Company Data.

2. In the Information tab, you can edit the status by clicking on the pencil icon next to the heading "General entity information" and selecting a status from the drop-down menu.

This status is then displayed visually at various points, including in the structure chart. It is also possible to filter for active and inactive companies in the structure chart. In this context, inactive means everything that is not active. To do this, tick or untick the relevant box using the filter symbol in the structure chart.
