"Received through": How did a shareholder receive his/her shares?

Shareholders may receive their shares on several different ways. In Fides we established 5 categories that you can choose from when editing the shares of a new or existing shareholder:

These categories relate to the following ways of reception:

Purchase of the shares The shareholder receives the new shares with the formation of the company. 
Incorporation of the companyThe new shareholder (= Buyer) receives the already existing shares from the old shareholder (= Seller). 
Capital IncreaseThe shareholder receives the new shares, that were issued due to a capital increase (and not due to formation). 
MergerThe shareholder receives the shares according to sec. 1 para 1 German Transformation Law (Umwandlungsgesetz)
InheritanceShareholder is successor of the deceased shareholder and receives the already existing shares.
