  • 📫Access rights for documents and sharing documents: ****Individual documents in the Dataroom can now be shared directly with the respective members. The access rights for documents - regardless of whether they belong to a meeting, a decision, an approval or a task - can also be set directly for each document on a granular basis.
  • ⏰ Action items per session and agenda item: Action items can be distributed directly from the sessions to the respective participants per agenda item.
  • 📑Updates-Resolutions: - New tab "Participants" - This allows users to track who has received notifications, who has voted and who has signed. Once a committee member has voted and signed, the small icon will turn green
  • Improvement of the decision flow in the mobile version
  • Possibility to extend the deadline for the resolution process

🔔 Alerts at key account level: See at a glance which open to-dos you have in the key account and work through them efficiently.

💬Improvement Chat With Your Documents: The document chat has been upgraded to Chat GPT-4. This has improved the responses. You can also chat with the documents in any language now.

💾 Updates Dataroom:

  • The folders that are intelligently filled by Fides are now marked with a small green star.
  • Multiple documents can be downloaded together as a zip file.
  • Drag and drop of documents now works in the data room.
  • After a document has been signed, a new signatory can now be added and the signature process can be restarted for this new signatory. This process is particularly useful for policy management.
  • Reminders can be sent in a signature process as required.

🚫Updates Access Rights

  • There are two further access rights options for tasks, resolutions, meetings and approvals 1) "Can view own, but not create" and "Can view all, but not create": It can be specified that users are not allowed to create new resolutions, tasks, meetings or approvals and can only see either the processes relevant to them or all processes.

🤩 Outlook:

Updates resolutions

  • Email addresses of authorized representatives can be changed during the resolution and emails can be retriggered manually.
  • The initiator of the resolution can see in real time whether an email has been opened and/or whether this email has not arrived.

Updates Document Builder:

  • Page numbers will be integrated into the Document Builder.
  • New languages for bilingual documents.
  • A Word Document can be turned into a Fides Template automatically.
  • Templates from an Entity can be copied to another.

Company status: It will be possible to add a company status such as liquidated, inactive, sold, merged to a company. This will be displayed visually at various points, including in the organization chart.
