What is Time Travel for Committees?

Our new Time Travel feature is designed to make accessing historical data effortless. Whether you're conducting due diligence, preparing reports, or planning new appointments, legal departments often need to reference past committee compositions. With this feature, you can now instantly view the structure of any committee as it was on any given date, giving you complete and accurate records at your fingertips.

Simply click the calendar icon to "travel back in time" and select the specific date you'd like to see. You’ll be able to see which members were part of the committee at that moment and track who has been removed since.

For a broader view, use the Time Travel feature to see the full timeline of events. By clicking the "refresh" icon, you can see all the dates where committee members were either appointed or removed, giving you a clear, chronological overview of the committee’s evolution.

We’re excited to expand Time Travel to other key areas, including the Cap Table and the Structure Chart, allowing you to track historical data across more features in future releases.
