Overview - Document Management

Document management provides an overview of all ongoing document-related workflows. Fides distinguishes between (i) Tasks, (ii) Signings, and (iii) Drafts.

i.)  Tasks

Keep track of all tasks that have been created in relation to specific documents relevant to you.

ii.) Signings

Keep track of the documents that are currently in the signature process. Selecting one of these documents allows you to see which signatories have already signed and whose signatures are still pending.

In addition, you can create tasks for the document (see i.).

iii.) Drafts
Create drafts and involve your colleagues. As soon as a draft document is final, it can be sent directly to the signature process with a mouse click (see ii.).
