How do I vote on a circulating resolution?

When a circular resolution is ready for voting, all committee members (or their authorized representatives) will receive an email notification.

1. Access the Resolution

  • Open the email notification and click on the link provided.
  • Log into your Fides account if you already have one. (Don't have an account? No problem! You can proceed without signing up.)

2. View the Resolution

  • After logging in or continuing as a guest, you'll be taken directly to the relevant circular resolution.
  • Click "Vote now" to start the voting process.

3. Cast Your Vote

  • Review each resolution item and cast your vote by following the guided voting flow.
  • Once you've voted on all items, you'll need to sign the resolution and its related items. Simply click "Sign now" to proceed.

4. Complete the Signing Process
