How do I update the company's share capital?

To update the company’s share capital:

  1. Go to Cap Table.
  2. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu and select Update share capital.
  3. Enter the updated share capital and the corresponding shares, including the serial numbers.
  4. To assign the new shares to a shareholder, click + Shares next to the relevant shareholder.
