Where is Fides hosted? How can I use SSO to log in?

How do I update the company's share capital?

1. Go to Cap Table in the menu.

2. Via the 3-dot-menu you can click on “Update share capital”.

3. Now you can enter the share capital and the corresponding shares including the serial number.

4. Once the share capital has been updated, you can then assign it to the shareholders.

5. If, for example, a company is already specified as a shareholder, click on “+ shares”.
