Resolution Settings

You can customize different settings for your resolutions by following these steps:

  1. First, select the relevant committee.
  2. Click on the ‘Members’ tab to view the list of shareholders.
  3. Click on the shareholder whose resolution settings you want to edit.
  4. You can assign the following roles for the shareholder: Voting Representatives, Approvees, or Observers.
  • Voting Representatives are individuals who vote on the company’s resolutions on behalf of the shareholder. Other representatives will not be notified about the resolution unless included as additional signatories.
  • Approvees must review and approve a resolution before it is sent to shareholders for voting and signing.
  • Observers (in cc) are informed about key updates related to the voting and signing process of resolutions.
