Structure Chart Views
When managing a key account with numerous entities, the structure chart can become overwhelming, making it difficult to focus on the most relevant information. To solve this, structure chart views allow you to create customized, streamlined views for better clarity. This also improves the quality of PDF downloads by reducing unnecessary details.
Creating a Structure Chart View
You can create different views of the structure chart for each entity based on your needs. Follow these steps to set up and manage your views:
1. To begin with, customize your structure chart view according to your preference. You can use all the filter or color coding options to customize your view.
- For example, use the filter icon to refine the chart based on connections, jurisdictions, status, etc.
- If desired, apply color coding to enhance clarity.
2. Once you've set up your preferred view, click on "Create a new view" to save this view for future use.
- Enter a name for the view.
- Enable the “Default View for this entity” toggle if you want all users logging into this company to see the predefined view by default.
- Keep in mind that default views are set per entity, so each entity requires its own default view.
3. To apply the view, click on the settings icon to access Structure Chart Views. If you have already created and saved views, you’ll find them here.
4. Click on the three-dot menu next to a saved view to load, edit, or delete it.
By using structure chart views, you can simplify entity visualization, improve navigation, and generate clearer PDF exports.
With Access Rights, you can control who can view or edit Structure Chart Views.
