Structure Chart Views

When managing a key account with many entities, the Structure Chart can become difficult to navigate. Structure Chart Views allow you to save customized views, making it easier to focus on the information most relevant to you. Saved views also help create cleaner PDF exports by reducing unnecessary details.

Create a Structure Chart View

You can create different Structure Chart Views for each entity.

To create a new view:

  1. Customize the Structure Chart using the available filter and color coding options.
    • Use the Filter icon to display only the connections, jurisdictions, statuses, or other information you want to see.
    • Optionally, apply Color Coding to highlight specific entities.
  2. Click Create a new view.
  3. Enter a name for the view.
  4. If you want this view to be displayed automatically whenever users open the entity, enable Default view for this entity.

Note: Default views are configured separately for each entity.
