General Onboarding

The General Onboarding covers the initial setup of your Fides account, including the entry of all information required to get started. It is distinct from Legal Onboarding, an optional service we provide in which the Fides legal team enters the essential information for you.

As part of the General Onboarding, we create the basic account structure, which you then complete by adding the relevant information yourself. To set up your account, we only require the following general information for each company within your group: 

  • Company name (including the legal form, e.g. Pineapple GmbH);
  • Registration number and registration office (e.g. HRB 12345, Amtsgericht München);
  • Registered address (street, house number, city, postal code, and country).

However, to ensure your Fides account is set up properly, we strongly recommend using Legal Onboarding for at least the most important company or companies within your group.
