Where is Fides hosted? How can I use SSO to log in?

General Onboarding

The General Onboarding describes the general set-up of the Fides account, i.e. the entry of all necessary information at the beginning of use. This is to be distinguished from the so-called Legal Onboarding, which can be booked as a service and in which the Fides legal team already enters the essential information for you.

In the context of the General Onboarding, we only create the "account shell" for you, which you then have to fill with the relevant content yourself. For this purpose, we only need the general information of the companies belonging to the group, i.e. in each case the

  • Company name (name and legal form of the company, e.g. Pineapple GmbH);
  • Registration number and registration office (e.g. HRB 12345, Amtsgericht München);
  • Postal address (street, house number, city, postal code, country).

However, to ensure that the tool is set up properly, we strongly recommend using Legal Onboarding at least for the most important company(ies) within the group. What is covered by Legal Onboarding can be found in the FAQ "Legal Onboarding: Services in Scope"
