How do I switch between different companies?

There are two ways to switch between companies in Fides:

  1. Switch to a different key account.
  2. Switch between group companies within the same key account.

1. Switching to a different key account

If you have access to multiple key accounts (for example, because you are the Managing Director of one company and a Supervisory Board member of another), you can switch between them.

To do so:

  • Open the menu on the far left.
  • Click the icon of the key account you want to access.

Note: If the other company’s icon is not displayed, you do not currently have access to that key account. Check whether you have received and accepted the invitation email. If not, please contact your point of contact at the respective company and ask them to invite you.

2. Switching to different group company

If your organization includes multiple group companies, you can easily switch between them.

To do so:

  • Click the company selector in the upper-left corner, which displays the company you are currently viewing.
  • Select the group company you want to open from the drop-down menu.

Note: If you have not been added as a member of a particular group company, it will still appear in the drop-down menu but will be grayed out. This ensures that only authorized users can access company information.

To grant someone access to a company, a member with the appropriate permissions can invite them from the Members section.
