Different status in the participant list

You can track which committee members already voted and signed for each resolution. It is also possible to check if an email-notifications was delivered:

Here is a quick overview of the different Status:

1. Pending → the email is still being delivered
   
Sometimes the status may be "Pending" for a longer time. This can be due to security features of some customers: this will restrict the delivery of too many emails from the same sender (e.g. hello@fides) at once, this is the so-called DDos-protection. 

Don’t worry, Sendgrid will try for 72 hours to deliver the notification, usually, this will be successful after a couple of tries. There is nothing for you to do 😎
   
2. Delivery failed → the email could not be delivered this can be for different reasons
   

  • Spam = it's in the Spam-Folder
  • it bounced = the email-address probably does not exist → so check for typos    
  • it dropped = technical-reason → please contact a PM 
  • Delivered → the email was delivered 🎉


💡 When i doubt: All these information come directly from Sendgrid. Sendgrid may have even more detail. So if something is not clear, please login to sendgrid and take a look at the details.
