  1. 📣 Product-Update
    • 👥Updates Meetings: The meeting feature has received some updates:
      • The Agenda can now be sent multiple times after, for example, changes have been made to the agenda. The Minutes can also be sent and revised multiple times.
      • The Meeting can be "locked" after the protocol has been sent in its final version. This means that no more changes can be made to the meeting or the meeting documents.
      • If a committee's legal info states that committee members may not represent themselves, these committee members cannot choose to be represented during a meeting.
      • With the meeting progress overview, you now always know what stage of the meeting you are at.
    • 🔍Global search: All documents and data in Fides can be searched for and accessed via the global keyword search.
    • 🎤Set committee language: A committee language can be set in the committee settings. This language determines the language of the emails that the committee members receive.
    • 🏢Logos can be added to all documents, resolutions and meetings.
    • 🏃‍♀️Improvement in external resolution voting: External shareholders who are to vote on a resolution are forwarded directly to the resolution. The intermediate step where shareholders had the option to create an account with Fides before voting on a resolution has been removed.
  2. 🤩 Outlook:
  • ✅ Pre-approvals of shareholder resolutions by e.g. legal departments: Shareholders often want to obtain pre-approval from their legal departments before signing a resolution. This will now be possible. Pre-approvers and observers can be appointed for each member of the shareholders' committee. The pre-approvers will receive the resolution before the board members who are actually authorised to sign. Once they have approved the resolution, it is forwarded to the authorised signatories for voting and signing with the respective information.
  • 📫 Access rights for documents and sharing of documents: Individual documents in the Dataroom can now be shared directly with the respective members. Likewise, the access rights of the documents - regardless of whether they belong to a meeting, a decision, an approval or a task - can be set granularly directly per document.
  • ⏰ Action items per meeting and agenda item: Action items can now be assigned directly from the meetings to the respective participants per agenda item.
  • 🔍📑Contextual search in the data room: The content of the documents in the Dataroom can be searched for keywords.
