How do I add a committee / subcommittee?

1. Click on "Committees" in the Sidebar. 

2. Click on the button "Add committee". Decide whether you want to create a new committee or a new subcommittee

Upon your decision on the type of committee, you will be guided through different steps to add all the relevant information. After you click "Save" at the end of the flow, your new (sub)committee will be established in Fides. 

3. In addition to the members of the committee, you should add the relevant documents to the respective committee. This can be done after selecting a committee via the tab "Documents". There you can either assign documents that have already been uploaded to Fides or upload new documents that have not yet been uploaded to Fides.

Depending on the committee, such documents include, for example, rules of procedure, employment contracts for the individual members, or articles of association and shareholders' agreements (SHA).
