How can I share documents and see who they have been shared with?
The tool offers a wide range of options for sharing documents with people and assigning individual access rights. In general, the tool allows documents to be shared with other users in all places where they are stored. As part of this, you can see who the document has already been shared with and can adjust the various access rights for specific users. See our
FAQ on "How can I set access rights for documents?"
FAQ on "What access levels are there and what do they mean?" to find out more about the individual access rights.
