  1. 📣 Product Update
  • 💁‍♀️Tasks got a Make-over: Our Tasks got a make over and you now have a better overview of the tasks’ status. [screen]
  • ✍️ Embedded DocuSign for Resolutions and Approvals: From now on, you can sign approvals and resolutions directly in Fides without waiting for an email from DocuSign. You now sign the document immediately after conducting your approval or vote. After your signature you will be directed back to Fides, without any additional intermediate steps.
  • 💄Format any Text in Fides: It is now possible to format texts in Fides with B I U or as bullets and lists almost everywhere in Fides. Those formatting options are possible in the Committee purpose, Resolution, Task, Meetings and Access Rights description, Resolution purpose, Meetings draft message, signing flow message, Resolution item note, document annotation, Approvals, Resolutions and Meetings comments and custom company properties.
  • 🗺️Add detailed addresses e.g. for your entities in Fides- Bevor the Google suggestions partly prohibited to add certain addresses. This is now fixed. Google suggestions are still provided, but you can now edit the address to the exact address needed.
  • 🗂️Move folders in Dataroom: Move any custom folder to any other folder in the Dataroom. This does not work for automated Fides folder.
  1. 🤩 Outlook: Coming up, we'll be implementing the following topics for you:
  • 🪄 Chat with your Documents: You will be able to chat with your documents with the power of Chat GPT. You can ask for certain information from all documents or picked documents that are in your Fides Dataroom, e.g. for the share capital of an entity or the birthdates of certain personas. It is our first feature where we will use our Self-hosting OpenAI licence. Selfhosting means that every data you will use for this feature will not be circulated back to OpenAI to use it for trainings data.
  • 🏊Pool/Trust Logic: The Pool/Trust logic will allow you to name Pool Leaders or Trust Leaders to vote and sign on behalf of certain shareholders. Also, you’ll be able to reflect pool and trust relationships in your Cap Table.
  • 📄Document Builder for Resolutions: You will now be able to use the Fides Document Builder that you already know from Meetings und Documents to create Resolutions. This will help you to adapt the formatting of your resolutions to your company’s needs.
