How do I add a new resolution item to the resolution item catalog?

Follow these steps to add a new resolution item to the catalog:

1. Go to Resolutions.

2. Click on "Resolution Items".

3. Click on the button "+ Add resolution item".

4. Follow the guided resolution item flow to complete the necessary details.

5. Next, apply a majority to the new resolution item. You can click "next" to simply apply the default majority or you can set an individual qualified majority (e.g. 100% or 75% and the individual consent of a Supervisory Board Member).

 6. Finally, click on "save" to add the resolution item to the catalog.
