How do I add a new resolution item to the resolution item catalog?

To add a new resolution item to the catalog:

1. Go to Resolutions.

2. Select Resolution Items.

3. Click + Add resolution item.

4. Follow the guided resolution item flow to complete the required information.

5. Configure the required majority for the resolution item:

  • Click Next to apply the default majority, or
  • Define a custom qualified majority (e.g. 100%, 75%, or a requirement for the individual consent of a Supervisory Board Member).

 6. Click Save to add the resolution item to the catalog.
