🏊Pool/Trust Logic: Pool/trust logic allows you to designate pool leaders or trustees to vote and sign on resolutions on behalf of specific shareholders. In addition, pool and trusts are shown in the cap table and committees.

🗂️Document Builder for Resolutions: The Fides Document Builder, which you already know from the Meetings and Documents features, can now be used to create resolutions. This allows your resolutions to be individually formatted to your liking.

🌍Bilingual documents: All documents be it for resolutions, meetings or just general documents and their templates created in Fides can now be double-columned. Also there is an automatic convenient translation from the first to the second language directly in the document builder.

❌ Cancel signature process: Once a document has been sent to the signature process, it can now be canceled. The signees and observers of this process will receive a notification about the cancellation of the process.

🗂️Automatic created Fides folder can be moved in the data room.

💄Make-over Entities List: The entities list has a new design. The individual companies of the key account are now automatically sorted into the following categories: "All", "Group", "Subsidiaries", "Shareholders", "Investments"

  • 📫Sharing documents and folders: Individual documents and folders of the data room can now be shared directly with the respective members.
  • 👥Updates meetings: Agenda and minutes can be resent after a change.
  • 🏢Logos can be added to all documents, resolutions and meetings.
  • 🔍Global search: All documents and data in Fides can be searched and accessed via the global keyword search. The data room can be searched by keywords.
