What are voting rights?

A shareholder may vote on a resolution only if he/she has voting rights. In general, every shareholder has one voting right per share that he/she holds.

Example: If a shareholder has 200 shares, he/she would also have 200 voting rights.

Note: Shareholders may be excluded from voting on certain matters (e.g. conflict of interests). However, this is not relevant for the MVP. As long as the shareholder may vote on all other matters, enter the voting rights he/she holds.
