🪄AI support in workflows: We integrated some helpful AI-features into the most important workflows. You can use the AI support to shorten or expand a text, change the tone or check for spelling and grammar. Furthermore, the AI can suggests a suitable text within a workflow, for example the appropriate text of an approval request for the title you added. This feature is only available to customers with the AI Package. If you want to learn more, please contact us!

🔒 Access Rights: You can now set any feature to “No Access”. Once the user logged in they will not see the feature in the sidebar. For example, a user who only needs access to company data and committees will no longer see other features in the menu bar, simplifying their navigation and improving their user experience.

 

📑Documents for custom entity data: In order to have all your information at you fingertips, you can now upload documents to your custom entity data.

🛡️ ISO 27001: We are ISO 27001 certified! We are very pleased that our technical and operational security measures are now reflected in this certificate. Additionally, we are currently in the monitoring phase for the SOC2 certification.

🤩 Outlook

  • 📆 Meeting improvements: To make your next meeting with Fides even easier, we are working on several improvements. These include facilitating meeting creation and minute creation. Additionally, you will be able to invite people to individual agenda items without granting them access to the entire meeting.
  • 👥 Committee Access Rights: Access rights will become even more granular. In the future, you will be able to define who can access each committee. This can be helpful if a Legal Counsel needs to collaborate with the advisory board but should not have access to the audit committee's data.
