  • 🏦 Banking information and banking PoAs: There is now a category for banking information under Entity Data. Any number of accounts and the powers of attorney issued for the accounts can be tracked there.
  • 👥 Updates Meetings: The overview of meetings now looks different: Meetings are now sorted by status into the tabs: "Total", "Upcoming", "Ongoing", "Concluded" and "Completed". Further, there is a calendar view for Meetings.
  • ✅ Updates Resolutions: The overview of resolutions now looks different: Resolutions are now sorted by status into the tabs: "Total, "Created", "Draft", "In Voting & signing" and "Voting ended". There is also a calendar view for all resolutions.
  • 📆 Task calendar: The new calendar is not only available for Meetings and Resolutions, but also for Tasks. This allows deadlines to be recorded at a glance.
  • 👤 Update Members:
    • Upload Documents for Individual Members: Documents such as ID cards or PoAs that pertain to individual members and/or authorized representatives can now be assigned directly to that person.
    • The "Add member" flow has a new look.
    • When clicking on the respective member - no matter where in Fides - all data, documents and the access rights of the respective member can now be seen.
  • 🪄 Chat with your documents:The beta phase of our first AI feature has started:
    • With this new feature, you can chat with your Pdf.-documents in your Fides data room with the full power of Chat-GPT. You can ask for specific information from any documents that are in your Fides data room, such as the share capital of a company or the birth dates of specific people. This is our first feature where we use our self-hosting Azure OpenAI license. Self-hosting in this case means that any data you use for this feature will not be returned to OpenAI to use for training data.
    • If you also want to try chatting with your documents already, let us know and we will enable it for you.
  1. 🤩 Outlook:
  • 🏊Pool/Trust logic: The pool/trust logic allows you to designate pool leaders or trustees to vote and sign on behalf of specific shareholders. In addition, pool and trust can be represented in the cap table and the committee section.
  • 🗂️Document Builder for Resolutions: The Fides Document Builder, which you already know from the Meetings and Documents features, can now be used to create resolutions. This allows you to format your resolutions individually according to your needs.
  • 🌍Bilingual documents: All documents whether for resolutions, meetings or just general documents and their templates created in Fides can now have two columns. Also there will be an automatic convenient translation from the first to the second language directly in the document builder.
  • 📫Share documents and folders: Individual documents and folders in the Dataroom can now be shared directly with the respective members.
