🎉 New feature

  • 🔒Committee Access Rights: You can now configure access rights for each committee. This allows you to specify for each user group, which committees they can view, edit, or have no access to at all.
  • 📆 Simplified Meetings: Setting up a new meeting in Fides has been made easier, reducing the process from 5 steps to just 2. With fewer mandatory fields, even spontaneous sessions can be arranged with just a few clicks. Furthermore we updated the meeting overview which shows you the agenda items and the relevant documents at a glance.
  • 📶🚅 Offline Function in iPad-App: The Fides Boards app now features an offline mode, allowing for seamless meeting preparation without an internet connection. To utilize this feature, simply activate "Offline Mode" for the desired meeting. You can then access all meeting documents and take notes, regardless of connectivity. This feature is available to customers who have subscribed to the “App Package.” If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your Customer Success Manager!

  • 📧 Invite guests to specific agenda items: Some participants may only need to attend specific parts of a meeting. To address this, we are developing a feature that allows you to invite guests to specific agenda items. This option will enable you to notify individuals about the relevant agenda item and share all necessary documents with them.
  • 📑 Document Builder Refinement: We are refining the functionalities of our Document Builder to offer easier handling, an intuitive design, and several new features. 

🤫 Did you know: These improvements are already available for regular templates and documents. Stay tuned for the enhanced version, which will soon support resolutions and meetings.

  • 🔔Register Updates: You dream about an automation when something changes in the commercial register? We do too! Therefore, we are updating our integration to local registers. Going forward Fides will notify you, when company data was updated (we will start with German Handelsregister an 7 other countries). Fides will also update some data points as soon as you approved the detected changes.
