📥 Individual sender email: It is now possible to add your own company email address instead of the hello@fides.technology email address for an additional charge. If you are interested, please contact our Legal Customer Success Managers, who will then arrange everything necessary.

📫The resolution’s participants list has been extensively updated: In particular, the participants of resolutions and their email addresses can now be managed. It is further possible to see which emails have been sent so far and whether they have been delivered. Emails (such as reminders) can be resent as needed.

The feature in detail:

  • The authorized representatives or participants and their e-mail addresses can be changed during the resolution. The corresponding e-mails can then be sent to the new or changed authorized representatives or participants during the resolution.
  • For a better overview, the authorized representatives of companies can be collapsed and expanded.
  • All emails and their status (e.g. delivered or not delivered) are displayed for each participant. There are alerts, e.g. if an email has not arrived or an out of office message has been returned.
  • After emails have been sent, a preview of these emails can be viewed in the tool.
  • Emails (such as reminders) can be resend.

Further Updates:

  • 🪄The document chat can now be accessed via the search bar.
  • 🚨There is now a notification from Fides if the representation rights are disregarded when signing a resolution.

  2. 👥 Signatory Management: It will soon be possible to store and manage PoAs with all details (deadline, scope of the power of attorney, authorized representative, type of representation, etc.) in Fides. Thanks to various search and filter options, authorized signatories or limited powers of attorney can be found in just a few clicks.
  • 💤Gesellschaftsstatus: Es wird die Möglichkeit geben einen Gesellschaftsstatus wie liquidiert, inaktive, verkauft, verschmolzen zu einer Gesellschaft hinzuzufügen. Dieser wird visuell an verschiedenen Punkten u.a. im Organigramm dargestellt.
  • 📃Updates Document Builder:
    • Seitenzahlen
    • neue Sprachen für Bilinguale Dokumente
    • Kreiere eine Vorlage aus einem Word-Dokument
    • Vorlagen aus einer Gesellschaft können in andere Gesellschaften kopiert werden
  • 📧Notification of deadline extension: An optional notification can be sent if the deadline for resolutions is extended. In addition, the resolution initiator receives a notification 24 hours before the deadline expires to extend the deadline if necessary.
