What happens when I appoint a representative for a meeting?

Step 1: 

Nominate a representative by using the grey button. 

Step 2: 

Select a representative or add an external. 

Step 3: 

Nominate the representative. As soon as you clicked the "nominate" button, the selected person will receive an email with the invitation to the meeting. Now the selected person can attend the meeting for you, change his attendance status and vote for you in the meeting. This will also be displayed in the attendance list in your created minutes.
