Filter for Entity Tags in the Structure Chart

In large company structures, structure charts can become overwhelming and difficult to navigate. To solve this, we've introduced Entity Tagsβ€”a new feature designed to improve visualization and management of complex structures. Entity Tags allow you to categorize entities in your company with custom labels, making it easier to filter, identify, and manage entities within the structure chart. This provides a clear overview, especially useful for companies with a vast number of subsidiaries or departments.

1. How do I create an Entity Tag?

To create an Entity Tag, navigate to the Entity Data section and click on the pencil icon next to the name of your company. You can type in any custom tag that you want to assign to the entity. You can also add multiple tags for the same entity.

2. How do I filter the Structure Chart using Entity Tags?

To filter the Structure Chart by tags, click on the filter icon. Scroll to the bottom of the filter options, and you'll find the list of available Entity Tags. Select the tags you want to display on the chart, and only entities with those tags will be shown.

3. Where will Entity Tags appear?

Entity Tags will be visible in multiple areas:

  • Structure Chart: You can view the tags directly on the chart next to the entities they apply to.
  • Entities List: The tags will be displayed under each company's name, making it easier to quickly identify and differentiate between entities.
  • Entity Data: The tags will be displayed in the entity data section.
