  • 👥Signatory-Management: You know have the option to manage all your signatories in one feature. All details of a Power of Attorney can be saved and managed in Fides (expiration date, scope of representation, legal transaction types). The structured overview helps you to find a relevant signatory, specific transaction type or a PoA-document that is about to expire with ease.
  • ♻️ Removing shareholder or shares: The participations in the cap table can now be updated with a few clicks.
  1. 🤩Outlook:
  • 🪄AI in the Document Builder: We are currently integrating our AI into the Document Builder. Going forward you can prompt the AI for some assistance while writing a resolution or any other legal document. This feature is exclusive for our customers who booked the AI package. Let us know if you are curious or have any security related questions!
  • 📱iOS Meeting-App: We want to enable everyone to prepare for meetings - wherever they are. That’s why we are currently building a Meeting-App which is compatible with iPads and iPhones. Meeting participants can look at meetings, the attached documents, make annotations or notes anywhere they want.
