Fides Assistant

Searching through multiple documents to find specific information can be time-consuming. The Fides Assistant is an AI tool that helps you quickly find answers by searching across all documents within your key account β€” not just those belonging to the entity you are currently viewing.

Unlike the previous Chat with Your Documents feature, the Fides Assistant provides access to documents across your entire key account, making it easier to locate information when you need it.

Note: To activate the Fides Assistant, you have to purchase a subscription to our AI package. For more information about enabling this feature, please contact your Customer Success team.

What Can the Fides Assistant Do?

The Fides Assistant supports you with the following tasks:

  1. Get answers from your documents: Ask a question and receive answers based on the content of your documents.
  2. Find relevant documents: Identify the documents that contain information related to your query.
  3. Access source documents directly: Answers include numbered references that take you directly to the relevant page of the source document.
  4. Provide feedback: Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons to rate responses and help us improve the Assistant.

 

How to use the Fides Assistant

 

  1. Click the magic wand icon in your workspace to open the Fides Assistant.
  2. Select Add a New Chat.
  3. Enter your question or request.
  4. Review the Assistant's response and use the numbered references to open the relevant source documents.
  5. If you'd like, provide feedback using the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons.
