The Fides Assistant is our new AI tool designed to streamline your workflow and provide instant access to all documents within your entire key account—not just the entity you’re currently working in. This feature goes beyond the old "Chat with Your Documents" function by offering comprehensive access to your key account's documents.

Note: To activate the Fides Assistant, a subscription to our AI package is required. Please contact our Customer Success Team for more information.

What Can the Fides Assistant Do?

The Fides Assistant is designed to make your work easier with these key features:

  1. Data Retrieval: Prompt a question to quickly retrieve answers directly from your documents.
  2. Document Identification: Request document identification to view a list of documents relevant to your query.
  3. Direct Source Access: Click on the numbered references in answers to open the document directly at the right page—no scrolling required.
  4. Feedback Integration: Provide thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback to improve the Assistant’s future performance.

 

How to Call and Use the Fides Assistant

Here's how to call and use the Fides Assistant:

  1. Access the Fides Assistant: Click on the magic wand icon in your workspace.
  2. Start a New Chat: Choose "Add a New Chat" to begin.
  3. Prompt Your Query: Type your question or command for the AI.
  4. Review Sources: Answers will include numbers linking directly to the relevant pages in your documents.
  5. Provide Feedback: Rate responses to help fine-tune the Assistant for better results.
